The Operations Manager will serve as the central hub for all daily operations. This role is based in our Winnsboro, SC office and will oversee a team of up to 10 field service professionals to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
 Leadership & Team Management:

  • Supervise and support a team of drivers and technicians.
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure daily operational success.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work culture with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
 Operational Excellence:
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize routes for Used Cooking Oil Collection, Grease Trap Cleaning, and Pressure Washing Services to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Monitor service completion rates and resolve any issues promptly.
 Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and service issues.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence for our 2,000+ clients.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and client retention.
Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and protocols.
  • Maintain records for compliance audits and inspections.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational trends.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or field services (preferably in waste management, environmental services, or transportation).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in route planning & scheduling software.
  • Experience in fleet management and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations related to grease trap services and used cooking oil collection (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Strong communication & customer service skills.
  • CDL or experience in DOT compliance, preferred but not required.
